Hotel Description

The Parc Hotel Germano offers an exclusive and elegant atmosphere, together with a unique panoramic view on Lake Garda. It is the ideal accommodation for those looking for a refined and tranquil place to spend a romantic holiday. The hotel offers suites and apartments smartly and modernly furnished immersed in a Mediterranean parc. Besides being a relaxing location - also thanks to a bathing artificial lake and a swimming pool, and to another small lake for fishing - it also guarantees privacy and peace to those customers occupying a suite with a private pool. In the main building are all the communal facilities: reception, bar, restaurants and wellness center with sauna and indoor swimming pool.
This wide choice of facilities goes together with our commitment to avoiding an invasive construction. The Parc Hotel Germano is placed on a gentle slope few meters from the lake and is less than 10 minutes walk from Bardolino historical center; it was built in harmony with the original landscape, preserving the natural undulations of the ground and recreating green and tree covered areas.

Room Description

All apartments have a furnished balcony or terrace (table, chairs and deckchairs), air conditioning (approx. mid-June to mid-September, at Management's discretion). Corner kitchen with 4 electrical cooking plates, fridge with freezer, microwave owen, Italian mokka and American coffeemaker, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery, pots and pans, 1 or 2 televisions, safety deposit box.

A4 - Bilo (two-room apartment) – approx. 37-44 sq.mts., for max. 4 guests (we suggest 2 guests) - suitable for disabled: living room with double sofa bed; dbl/tw bedroom; bathroom with bath or shower

A4S - Bilo Super (two-room apartment) – from 56 sq.mts., for max. 4 guests: living room with double sofa bed in a separable area; double or twin bedroom; bathroom with tube and separate shower box

A6 - Trilo (three-room apartment) – from 65 sq.mts., for max. 6 guests (we suggest 4 pax) – all with terrace and balcony with view on the lake, split over 2 floors: living room with double sofa bed; double or twin bedroom; twin bedroom; 2 bathrooms (one for each floor), one with shower and one with tube

Hotel Policies

DEPOSIT
 We do not require any deposit.
In order to definitely book we need a valid credit card number with expiration date and holder's name as a guarantee. We will not charge any amount, excluding a cancellation penalty below indicated, and you will pay your stay at check out - we do not accept checks, we do accept all major credit cards, both for the booking and for the payment on resort (for a minimum amount of € 50).
   
CANCELLATIONS AND CANCELLATION FEES
 The cancellation of a reservation within 7 days before arrival and the no-show foresee the charge of the first night.
In case of delayed arrival or earlier departure a maximum of 3 nights will be charged.
