Hotel Description

This residential complex is planned for families travelling with children and consists of four buildings, (Camelie, Phoenix, Magnolie and Limoni) each with two floors. The apartments have one, two or three rooms, to meet everyones needs. The core area of the complex is the big “Laguna” pool, with its own bar and many green areas, suitable for children thanks to its sloping bottom for a gradual entry into the water.
Guests staying in the Residenza Eden can use the Resort’s facilities, including restaurants and animation programs for adults and children; there is also a bread and milk delivery service and a minimarket for daily shopping.

- Bed & bath linen: to bring or € 20,00 per person per change (double bed) and € 30,00 for the single set (should not be returned)


Room Description

All newly built apartments with a total of approx. 500 beds have en-suite facilities with shower, living room with double sofa bed, corner kitchen with 2/4 electric cooking plates and provided with crockery and cutlery, pots and pans, dining corner with table and chairs, fridge, TV sat. and air conditioning (available during summer months and at Management's discretion).

A2 - One-room apartment (mono), approx. 28-29 mq, welcomes up to 2 pax

A4 - Two-room apartment (bilo), approx. 39-40 mq, with one double bedroom for an occupancy of max. 4 guests

A6 - Three-room apartment (trilo), approx. 49-53 mq, with one double bedroom and one twin bedroom for max. 6 people

Animation
An incredible animation program suitable for everyone:

• Daily animation with sport and other amusing activities; group swimming, tennis, aerobic, aquagym, dancing, bowls; mini soccer field, volleyball field, regular soccer pitch and beach volley field to be used during the animation program; archery, tournaments and competitions

• Miniclub (6-12 years) and Junior club (13-17 years)

• Evening entertainment with live music, piano bar and shows in the amphitheater

• Fun & Sport: sport activities within the animation programs: at least 3 hours daily the tennis courts, the beach volley, the multi use games area and/or the synthetic court can be use, but only during the animation program and together with the animation staff. Bikes are free and subject to availability (a deposit will be required)

The active animation will take place outdoor, therefore it depends on weather conditions

Hotel Policies 

DEPOSIT
 We do not require any deposit.
In order to definitely book we need a valid credit card number with expiration date and holder's name as a guarantee. We will not charge any amount, excluding a cancellation penalty below indicated, and you will pay your stay at check out - we do not accept checks, we do accept all major credit cards, both for the booking and for the payment on resort (for a minimum amount of € 50).
   
CANCELLATIONS AND CANCELLATION FEES
 Unless elsewise specified for the tariff, the cancellation of a reservation within 7 days before arrival and the no-show foresee the charge of the first night.
In case of delayed arrival or earlier departure a maximum of 3 nights will be charged.
