Residence Eden in Peschiera del Garda is a residential hotel immersed in a hotel resort, with family-friendly facilities and services and spacious and comfortable apartments. It is made of 4 building blocks (Camelie, Phoenix, Magnolie e Limoni) on two storeys, surrounded by 800,000 square metres of rolling hills. It offers a large children-friendly outdoor pool with a nearby bar, and lets you enjoy all the services of the hotel complex.
SERVICES
The residence has a large pool (“Laguna”) with water slides and water games, and a zero-entry for children to easily enter it. In front of the pool, which is surrounded by green areas, there’s a bar where you can have a snack or a drink.
Children will have a team of entertainers ready to engage them in many funny activities.
At a short distance, there’s the 4-star Parc Hotel, which offers its services (restaurant, bar, two outdoor pools, wellness centre).
RESTAURANTS
The “Laguna Beach” bar is open by the pool in summer.
The restaurant at Parc Hotel is available for breakfast and dinner.
You can also choose the “all inclusive” board called Parc Premium Inclusive, which includes the main meals, snacks, and drinks throughout the day.

Our residence offers services perfect for families: from spacious apartments for up to 6 guests to cots free of charge.
Furthermore there is a rich animation program (in July and August), outdoor playgrounds and a big swimmingpool with water games.
For sport lovers we offer a 18-hole golf course, an equipped gym at nearby Parc Hotel, the possibility to rent your fav bike and to store your bike in a secure deposit. Around there are routes for cycling and running and the chance to hike, and to do different sports, as f.e. watersports and horse riding.

Immersed in the Golf Club Paradiso del Garda golf course, the residential hotel lies at 2 km from the A4 motorway and at a few minutes’ drive from Peschiera del Garda and the large amusement parks in the vicinity (Gardaland, Movieland, Canevaworld).
